My journey to wellness

Hello, I'm Sarah Muncy, and I'm passionate about helping individuals harness the power of their breath to achieve physical and mental well-being.
 
My journey into breathwork began in 2020 as part of my mediation practice. It then expanded in the summer of 2022 when I participated in a somatic breathwork class. I experienced an immense emotional release and had a profound spiritual experience. I then knew I had to share this powerful modality with others! I then began a daily breathwork practice which enhanced a body-mind connection and taught me how to regulate my nervous system.
 
I am certified through Our Breath Collective's Teacher Training. A 6-month immersive breathwork training to become a versatile, skillful, and impactful breath coach and facilitator. Andrew Huberman has recommended Our Breath Collective to his listeners.
I got my Reiki certification from My Mind and Body Collective.
I believe that by reconnecting with our breath, we can tap into our body's natural ability to heal and thrive. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, providing a safe and supportive space for your breathwork journey.
 
When I'm not guiding breathwork sessions, you can find me working out, being in nature/traveling, and hanging out with my fur baby Gus. I'm dedicated to continuous learning and growth, which allows me to bring the latest insights and techniques to my practice.
