I’m beyond excited for our magical holiday breathwork journey! ✨

Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and if you have one, feel free to wear your favorite ugly sweater. It’s best to avoid eating for about two hours beforehand.

Please bring something meaningful or sacred to you — for example, a crystal. And don’t forget a water bottle so you can stay hydrated.
